At Nafis Jewellery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded
How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

Note: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at nafisjewelleryco@gmail.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved:

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund
